Comments:
slow 8.5 and then 6x in and out 200s on the track, which is just 200 on 200 off. did this in spikes just to remind my feet what it felt like to run in spikes. will probably do this or hill sprints each saturday so i can recover with my long run sunday. felt pretty good today, started out really slow and then gradually picked it up as i felt better and better. this is my first big week of the summer so i'm trying to just feel good while i run, and it'll probably stay that way through this month and most of july too.
