Comments:
Woke up at 0530 feeling 100000000% better than yesterday. Had a cup of tea and a Clif Bar (though I could still taste the calzone in my gut from last night), then hit the road for my AT.

Stopped at Hayward to do drills. They're busily building temp bleachers already at 0600 this morning. It was a gorgeous morning. After the drills I made my way to Amazon. On the way, I saw nearly ten people doing a bonafide track session at South HS. At 0615 in the morning!

AT went really well. Kept it really relaxed the first mile and picked it up only so I wouldn't slow down; turns out I sped up quite a bit. Really focused on form on these. Did two laps (5:44, 5:33), then did my last half mile on the sidewalks on the way home to save some time (~2:47). Legs felt great. Still feeling clunky, and my forearms get too tight, so I gotta work on that.

Excited for tonight, but I gotta be sure I don't try to do a real workout!
