Comments:
ran a speed workout with Scott. We ran 1:40, 65, 31, 31 for the first set and 1:36, 62, 30, 28 high for the last one. Had 1:30 break after 6 and 4 and a minute between the 200s. 4 minute between sets. Felt pretty good. This is what is fun about being off on my own. Even though i miss having the season to look forward to I can run what I feel like every day and have fun with it. I don't really know what I'm training for right now.
