Weather: ~60 degrees, Cool

Comments:
First real workout of Spring Break. Decided to go to PHS so I could use the weight room and see old teammates. As for the workout itself, I did 10x300m hills with equivalent recovery. Hills went well, I got progressively faster with each one, and felt really strong throughout. Finished up with a lift/abs/stretch, but too bad there's no ice bath around to use.
