Comments:
Ran from Canton Waterfront Park. Did what felt comfortable, little stiff at the start, started feeling better halfway in but still a few aches from the race the other day.
No idea what pace/distance was, ran 28 minutes out and some in the high 25s on the way back.
Measured out what I ran and it ended up being 6:30-1 pace on the way out and 6:00 on the way back. Surprised how quick it was in both directions, didn't feel that great and didn't feel like I was moving that well until maybe the very end.
