In life, I take comfort in my routines and idiosyncrasies more than anything. I am nothing if not consistent. Thus, one reason why this injury has been so jarring is because it disrupted the routine of going to practice. Today, that problem was partially solved as I was at practice and felt very very little pain. But I need to get back to regular training. My mileage has been incredibly low and I haven't done a single workout so far. I also ran with a medium group today. I am running in the 1600 in a DMR for the first time ever on Saturday and am terrified of a tragic result.
