Comments:
Nice run on 5 mile run road, started with Taylor and Juliana. Took off and joined the guys group after about a mile because they were only going 4-5. Calves got a little tight there but not problematic. Wind was in our faces on the way out, so we had no problem rolling the way back. Average about 7:20 but Gabe said we were hitting 6:50's on the way back, so I guess about 7:50's out.

Stretch while listening to some wild stories a nutjob was telling us from his pickup truck.
