Comments:
Warmed up with the mid-d/ distance crew, then drilled. Got spiked up and headed for the line. 300,400,400,300, 4x200. All roughly at race pace. First 200 was a little enthusiastic, and the last one was deliberately pushed from 50m in.

Felt pretty relaxed on these for the most part. Went and got recovery smoothies afterwards. Got to talk to the Suhrs fro a little bit; they were super chill and were really willing to take the time to chat with us for a few minutes and take some pictures. Then wound up crossing paths with Justin Gatlin, who was also super nice even though he was just wrapping up his workout. Met Kellie Wells briefly and then got ready to head out.

25x leg lifts, crunches, side crunches, between leg reach, hip raises, and maybe something else.
