Weather: sneaky cold again

Comments:
GOOD run; felt a little clunky and low on energy, but the stride felt GREAT. Some R pelvic pain - that's from Sunday, where I fell into the old "flexed habit" during some of the mid-run. The nice thing about that last 8-9K was being forced out of it.
