Comments:
Crazy race! Crazy pace. Elbows. Rough. We went too slow...83, so I took lead, then the girl who'd been leading freaked out and started running 78's the rest of the race. (I wanted to pace the race at 80-81 to break 17:00.) It felt hard just doing 7 laps....need to get my mileage up. My achilles are tight still. Felt during race.
