This workout was great. Found a loop that is a bit over two miles. Tom wanted 4 laps, first at warmup, second=conversational, third=mild coversation, 4= faster and no convo. Felt awesome. Went 16:11, 14:48, 14:29, 14:07. I need more of this kind of workout!
