Comments:
Hip bothered me a little bit in the beggining. Really working on the hip exercises and stretches afterward. If can feel them helping little by little. Held a good pace today, tried to keep a quick cadence. Felt a little labored especially with the lungs, probably bc I was running sub 6 pace. But not bad today.
