Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Indoor interval workout. 1500 workout, with Mike, MJ, and Brando. Did 2x:
800m, 4:00 rest, 400m, 3:00rest, 2x200m, 200m jog recovery, 5:00 rest between sets.

Went out a little slow on the first 800, but felt pretty good on everything. Splits:

2:31, 71, 32, 32, 2:29, 71, 29, 30

Lift: Crossfit circuit 1
Abs... got a HUGE charley horse while doing gymnastic crunches. My left calf just tightened up all the way and would not relax. Took me about a minute to get into a position where it started to subside. Plenty of knots in it now...
Stretch
Roll (especially my left calf)
Ice bath x 10 minutes
