Exercise Type: Swim

3X 800 descend by 200s. I pulled behind Lowell and cruised, 11:50, 12:15, 12:20. Working mod hard by end of each 800. Christian has my paddles so I just did 5X100 on 2:00 intervals, 1:26-1:27, pulling. Didn't have time for the 25s alt stroke (only did 2X25). Felt pretty comfortable after a busy weekend of running and biking on both Sat & Sunday.
