bruised my foot yesterday between my 3rd and 4th toes, so i decided to run fields and see how i felt. turns out i felt really relaxed, and that's why i went 10. i was only going to do 6-8 but i figured while i feel good why not just go 10. didn't push the pace much, that takes care of itself as the run goes on and i feel better. wednesday will probably be a tempo of some sort, and tomorrow will be a recovery day+cookout with the XC summer science people. should be fun.
