Easy Run

Weather: Warm, but good

Comments:
I feel a bit tired, but I mostly think it's coming off the cold. Felt extremely easy for under 7 pace. I'm in way better shape then last year at this time, and am super motivated. If anyone is reading this. I recommend that you break in easy to the running stuff. Have lots of fun in June and early July. You can do that while running, I will be running lots, but you won't have to run a ton right now to be in great shape come xc time. Just run some, because the cooler weather is really great compared to the virtual hell that is late july-august. The more you are used to running the easier those practices will be.
