Weather: Baseballs raining everywhere!!!!

Comments:
3 x (5x200m) at 35-34-33-32-31 with 50-45-40-35-1' rest. Hard workout. Closed well though and was not displeased with my effort level during the workout... still gotta get the right mindset going though. Time to listen to what other people say and get myself turned around.
