Exercise Type: Walk

End of the first week back. Moving around it fine now. Strips are off and I am not crampy. Walking feels pretty good. Energy levels are still low. I get really depleted right around 4 after doing work all morning. Eating is coming along better. The good weather of spring also can bring a rejuvenation to energy levels. Ive settled into this non competitive running mindset now, and I wonder how I will feel when I begin running again.
