Ran like 10 miles, progression started out around 7:00, cut down to 6 for the middle few miles, last 3 miles were around 5:00 pace, probably dropped a sub 5 on the last one. Felt easy the whole time. Did like 400 pull ups in the weight room when I got back. A little tired from those. Might be sore. Didnt stretch, stretching is for bitches. Just went straight to dinner and ate a whole chicken.
April Fools. I actually did a fair amount of moving around, and felt pretty good. Energy levels were up all day, and I felt like I had my ambition back to get work done during the day. Still tired at the end of the day, but I ate about normal as usual. Breakfast was a little tough. I am looking forward to running later this week. Legs are going to be so sore though, they feel very weak and foreign right now.
