Comments:
A nice clean slate to write a solid month of training on. Just get it done. Ran the 1500 workout with MJ and Mike.
2 x (600, 400, 2x200) with equal distance jog and 5 minutes between sets. Felt decent on this, not quite as strong as I'd have liked but it was surprisingly easy to hit 72 pace for 600 meters which is a good sign. Didn't have a ton of go on the 200s which was a bit of a letdown but my back was pretty sore (don't know why exactly)

Anyway, decent workout, pleasant warmup/ cooldown. New lift was fun, especially the hip extending part, but felt good on that in general. Med ball was hard as usual.
