Engineering Hall, to Babcock to Lake Mendota trail to Park to State to the capital to Washington to Regent to Owen Pkwy to Westmoreland to Mineral Point to High Point-

I decided it's time to upgrade my running distance back to 10 miles a day. I feel particularly out-of-shape at the moment and I'm now healthy enough that it's feasible and a safe move (Finally!). I mapped out a new route between Engineering Hall and my apartment that has a longer loop at the campus end, going all the way to the capital, but a more direct route down Mineral Point instead of Odana. Odana is a pretty lame road to run since it's full of modern office parks and car dealerships.

I only packed shorts today and regretted it somewhat when I started but the main issue by far proved to be that my stomach was throwing fits.
