Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 weeks since getting out of the Hospital. Feelin that 95%, and its starting to get nice out. Went to Veale later in the day after every one went off for the workout. It felt odd to get dressed and head out, honestly felt like I forgot how to run. Went very very slow through little italy, campus then back by the art museum. Legs felt good, kinda sore because I was going so slow. Felt like they could handle more. My insides were shaking around though, and that was pretty uncomfortable. I could feel alittle phantom pain where the appendix used to be. Had a few cramps here and there but they worked themselves out. By the end wasnt tired at all, just felt like my body was handling its limit of stress. Nice day out, and it felt great to get back to running. Lets start to build some mileage back now.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

Back to some good essentials when I got back. Didnt really feel it since legs werent that sore. Still got some flexibility.
