Pretty OK afternoon; I felt like SHIT for about an hour after lunch, 'til the Zyrtek kicked in. Worked 'til 430, then worked on my boss 'til 515. It was cool: I mob'd his coxxyx, which (for a guy who's been a PT for like almost 20 yrs) freaked him out. But it immediately restored his hip abduction strength. Very cool stuff.

No Hardesty. I was tired. Ran in town, which allowed greater focus on form. Taped both the back and the ankle (which has been a teeny bit cranky on the L). Big focus was on keeping the back arched/"pooping the stride out the back" and ARMS.

What I noticed on this run: I really need to focus on elbows DOWN & IN, especially on the R. If I don't, then my hamstrings (L in particular) get overworked.

Stride felt pretty sustainable, despite how tired I was. Good run.

Almost fell asleep on the couch before I got in a 3-set of strength, then it was 8PM before I ate. Had to work on my iRF column so I went to Max's. Didn't get a whole lot done, other than drink a mug of Boneyard IPA. Alisa was working, lookin' good. :) We talked a bit; hadn't seen her in over a month.
