Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the morning from Veale. Once again, nice weather out and pleasant to be outside. Slow and solo up Edgehill and through the cemetery. Thought I was venturing far, so I cut it back and came straight back on Euclid. A little longer than 3, but it was good. Felt more agile and stronger today, but still far from what I am used to. Abs and the shaking motion in my gut is the main source of soreness. I am still going to wait a while until I do abs. Wait until my mileage and training pace is back. I do feel different running with my lighter weight too. I dont think that I was fat in season, but I had some extra pounds hanging around. I like to think it was muscle...

Actually feeling sore today. All this mileage... gonna aim to run most days next week, but I will probably take tomorrow off then run on the weekend.
