Comments:
easy run. I want to take the first week of training kinda easy until i get into it. ran by myself (8:00 mile) then picked up kaitlin and ran around lakeside lake.. chilled at her house after and ate pizza... (already ran 30) then ran another mile at 7:20.. felt really good. ......... I hope to get in five tommorow.
