Spring seems to be creeping in. It was really really nice out today, first time you could step outside and marvel at the cool air and the sun. Headed out solo on the route CKells and I would do in the morning, a quick loop up to lee and back. I honestly started out pretty quick cause of the nice weather. When I got out onto NP started to slow down, that lack of mileage hit me. Still feeling so slow. Felt pretty weak over all, but stride was nice and easy, not as smooth as I would like it. It was great to be out there on the trails though. Had to go pee pretty bad coming back so I picked it up again.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched a little when I got back. Rolled too and I was really tight there. Ouch got to roll every day.
