Can't take my own advice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Overcast but warm; tailwind on the homestretch

Comments:
Ran the 1500 workout with Mike. Felt pretty decent.
2x200 strides with 200 jog
2x1000m tempo (3:2x-3:30)
3x2x200m between 800 and 1500 pace (targeted 34seconds per) 100m jog between reps, 200m jog between sets.

Strides were a little on the quick side but felt good. Mike didn't realize we were starting the thousands when we did but he caught back up and ran pretty steady. Told him not to blow that last 200 away and then proceeded to blow the last 200 away; apologies, I feel kinda bad about that. Legs felt good though, good workout. Not too hard, which Wednesday and Saturday will more than make up for. Passed out right after I got back after dinner.
