Can't remember exactly off the top of my head, but they were something like this.
First rep I felt incredible. Bryan, Logan, and I ran together for awhile. I accidentally forced Logan into the second lane before I realized what I was doing then quickly gave it back. After Logan fell off it was just me and Bryan. Felt like back during cross-country when we would be running the same pace. Second rep we killed the first lap without even realizing it till the times were yelled out as we crossed the line. I tried to greatly increase my time for the second lap, since the first one was so fast, however my lungs just could not keep up and I ran into oxygen debt. Slowed down considerably and finished with a 1:23 for that lap, which isn't bad considering it was under the goal pace, but I wanted it to be so much faster. Last lap I had a lousy 1:34.
With time constraints we could only half of the workout. I really enjoyed it, and feel like I got a great workout from it still. I think next time we could have everyone be responsible for their times and split into two groups that go either same time, but one with about 50 meters up, or same place but about 30 seconds apart. Then a 3-4 minute break to get everyone's time, or 2 minutes with multiple clipboards for the team to put down their own time.
