I had my biomechanics checked out this morning. It is apparent that I over pronate, but when i run my stance becomes more narrow. So, now I am in a less stable stability shoe to allow my foot to slightly pronate, therefore the bones can spread out and absorb the shock. SCORE!
I ran 3 miles with my friend Colleen. She started kicking for some reason at the end. I let her go. There is no reason to run 2.9 miles and sprint the .1. So I let my ego take a shot and let her beat me I am just happy to be running again. It was only a 4 day break to.
