Comments:
Cleveland spring day, headed to the track with Tony, BennyD, Chippy, and Tim. Ran the 1500m/Steeple workout with Chippy. Was feeling pretty terrible; I think I ate too much for lunch. Wound up pulling out of the workout after I got through the first 200.
Workout was 6,6,4,4,3,3,3,2,2,2,2 with equal distance recovery except for the 4s which had 800 recovery. Wish I had eaten less, because everything else was feeling good and the times would have been better.

Ran back to Veale with Jarred Napier and headed straight to the ice bath with Ben.
