Amazon/Rexius Trails w/Dan

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 65, sunny, nice!

Comments:
Woke up early, had some breakfast, then at 0930 decided to get a run in before bringing Dan to the airport. For funsies, Dan tagged along on the bike, taking pics!

We both biked to Hayward, locked up my bike, and ran from there. Legs felt FAST today, still excited to be running in EUG again. Did the usual lap on Rexius then just a length along adidas. Ran right past Ritz when entering adidas. Dan wound up snapping a pic at that moment, without realizing he was snapping one of an Olympian. Decent.

Stopped to DEUCE at the bathroom N of the park then decided to head back, as we were short on time.

Turns out we were VERY SHORT on time. Not only did we leave late for the airport, they wound up bumping AHEAD his flight. Long story short: he MISSED IT. But the good news was that he got a later flight for no charge, and he was able to help me unload the moving truck! And best yet, we were able to hit up Sam Bond's before he left, for some terrific brews and chow.
