Back to work...for good?

Achilles was good, easy about 8 miles this morning. Weather was great and it was warm enough so that when the rain began it felt really nice.

I got the videos on my gait analysis sent and the stuff is really interesting. I can see why I had stress fracture trouble in HS (who knows how I avoided it 4 years at Case until October) and also why my achilles keeps freaking out. He does a voice over and then draws arrows and other things to explain how to correct the flaws in your mechanics. It was only $55.00 and to prevent reoccurring injuries, I would say it is a great thing to do.

But correcting 6.5 years of the same mechanics is difficult. This was probably the most mentally straining run I have had in quite some time.

Stretch, Roll, Abs, Glutes, PUs.

Set cle half goals:

1:14:15 (5:55 per) - 1:17:40 (5:40 per)/top ten finish. It looks like about 1:16:00 - 1:17:00 is top ten on average throughout the last several years past. very excited.
