Other way on MLK to Shaker Square

Comments:
Ran from Veale after recitation. Nice to go out and run even if it was solo. I cant really run far enough to get a good run in on the outer lakes, so I went up the other way on MLK. Weather was kinda nasty, but it wasnt raining. I ended up sweating a lot actually. Went up through the meadow and up to Shaker. Looped around the scary building and then went down Shaker to Shaker Square, then came back fairhill and MLK. I really tried to push myself today. Didn make a serious effort, but kinda just did it because I felt like it. Felt pretty good but I was tired when I got back. It was great to feel like I was going fast though.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

Good stretching session afterward. Standard stuff. Legs feeling good. If I can run most of the time this week and be up to 30 miles per week in a few weeks that would be sweet. I should also probably start doing some strength soon...

I think this was a little less than 5.5, so I was probably around low 7:00 pace, which is awesome. It felt like it and it felt fun.
