Biked today for my day off of the week..since I had my achilles worked on this morning. Missed out on the beautiful day though bummer!
This morning, Dr. Leo said that I should by fine to resume my normal training tomorrow. So, it seems the lesson is that if I tweak something bad enough, I should go to him right away for what could be a quick fix and possibly no missed days of training. For a price per visit that is less than half the price for a pair of running shoes...I'm ok with that.
But Netflix made my biking enjoyable. I worked in some harder intervals to get my HR up to 140ish.
