Exercise Type: Run

Started out the run and the achilles felt ok.  I figured out that when I lightly roll it, and roll out my calf, it feels better.  SO, I did this before beginning the run.  Unfortunately, about a mile in it started to hurt.  It did not however seem to get worse as I went out so carefully monitoring, I ran for what was an un-enjoyable and probably alarmingly slow paced hour.  But the good news is at least I got a run in.  
Stretch, roll, essentials.
And what ensued was the most ridiculous search for an calf/achilles sleeve throughout the day.  YOU WOULD THINK Dick's, where there is every other kind of damn brace/support imaginable, would have such a thing...but they didn't.  This took an unfortunate portion of my day.
