Comments:
5:33, 5:44, 5:46, 5:47, 5:43, and 5:38 were the miles for my 6 mile tempo. I still want it to be more even but it turned out to be a ladder. It would have been more even however (the middle 4 miles) if there was not hurricane strength wind on the lake.

Worked on driving my knees and bringing my toes to my shin like I need to, but with the change of form, it was hard to feel my pace. So, my first mile was surprisingly quick. The 5:40s in the middle though before the wind started going crazy, felt real relaxed like I hope they will in the race.

Cool-down to the track, then stretch, then more stretching and essentials back at Veale after practice.
