No lie almost a 1.2 miles of this run was uphill and it was not a gradual incline either. I don't know why Lyons runners are not the best in section V cause every road I'm on goes up, down, up, down, the whole time. I choose a bad route this time, alot up and almost 1 minute of huge downhill i had to slow it was scary steep. My knee started hurting from that huge downhill so I took it in and sat on the bike, but then my butt started to hurt from the posture and my knee was still aching. I gave up after 10 min. But I did a ton of core, lunges and streching today. no ifr cause i forgot it. I thought I ran slower today but according to usatf and my watch I guess not.
