Comments:
First speed workout on the track. Repeat 400's. The first mile did repeats with Kate and worked in circut training. Splits-1:40, 1:45, 1:40, 1:38. Abs-6 inches, flutters. Push ups. Abs-bridges. Second mile did on my own. Splits-1:25, 1:23, 1:20, 1:14. Kate and Nicci stationed themselves around the 250 and 300 mark. Rest was 45 seconds in between each 400.
