16:15, was pretty happy that I was actually able to run this. It's exactly the kind of race that I wanted to have at the home meet, I felt good and finished strong.

Right calf still has a knot in it and both my calfs were hurting pretty bad a few laps in & a lot afterwards. Otherwise, I'm really happy with this. I'd like to even get another shot at the 5k and see if I can do any better. Qualifying for conferences is still a bit of a long shot, but I'll probably give it a shot next weekend if I can run it again.
