Comments:
There was some snow out this morning, which is pretty crazy with the weather earlier in the week. This was a pretty weird and crazy week all together... Anyways ran alone since other people were doing workouts. I was feeling pretty weak and sore from yesterday, and started out pretty slow. I didnt feel all that good starting out. Once I turned around, the wind picked up but I started to feel alittle smoother, not so much faster. Did negative split on the way back though :) Sun came out to and it was pretty nice, just cold. Had some stomach issues on the way back and I had to go pee soooo bad. I wish there were more woods around since I cant just pee in someones front yard.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, pushups

Did a good stretch today since I didnt do much yesterday. I felt it for sure. Watched X Games while stretching. The weather in Brazil looks amazing right now... Dang Cleveland weather.
