Comments:
Ran out to the shoe tree with CKells after our last recitation. Weather was great, actually kinda hot out while running. Had a little thrift shopping going on before we left. There is so much left over shit in the locker room. Im gonna take some of it at the end of the year. Hips and IT band were tight in the beginning, but they worked through and felt pretty good while running. Relaxing and fun to just cruze through the spots on a nice day. Thats about as good as it gets. Came back around Wade Park and Wade Oval.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
Quick stretch, but a much needed roll. Felt real tough but so good. Hip feeling better walking around now. Baller
