Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Workout was originally planned for 6 mile long run with pick up half way through. First 3 miles would go untimed after. Directly after finishing I would go straight into a hard 800 run then straight into a 100 sprint. My ankles however started to hurt, and I was wanting so bad to push on, however when I saw my time I realized I was going incredibly slow for trying so hard. That is exactly what was happening before I got injured so I decided I better stop before anything bad happens. Hoping its just a one day thing, since I forgot to do my ankle workout things over the weekend.
