Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Threw in a half mile portion where I picked up the pace to see what kind of shape I'm in and what it would feel like. It was 2:51 and felt o.k., but that is really quite slow, it's frustrating thinking of doing 800 meter repeats in the 2:10's a few years ago, and now this. Good run though, I have to remember I'm still in the base building stages.
