Ran with Aaron in the shitty weather up through the graveyard and to the track. We did a few laps on the track, then Aaron went to pace people for the simple workout. I wanted to get back so I just went back alone. Felt pretty depleted and tired today overall. Might be because of the long day with presentations, and mroe presentations, then grading... dang

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, Pushups

Stretched solo over by the equipment room. This was the last day of practice I guess. I wont get to see the team chillin over by the door doin work...
