Coach took 6 seconds off each mile time. Lap before finishing mile 2 my shoe came untied, and I had to stop for about 20 seconds to retie it. Stopped my watch during this duration though, and when everyone else's 20 minutes were up I kept going till my time was up. Was wanting to make at least 3 miles, and after the 12th lap I slowed down considerably for the last few seconds.
After the first 300 we basically got kicked off the track, with us not allowed in the inside or outside lanes. We had to improvise the last two, which ended up being about 150 meter sprints.
