I brought my watch to the track. Bad idea. Just wanted to do a few untimed 200s but I ended up timing 2 of them anyway. My 4th one was 35 and my 8th one was 34. It's been a long time since I've done serious track work so I know it's going to take a while before I get that speed back. I had no lift, no gears, nothing. I can feel the workout in my arms and my core so I know I'm not strong at all right now. It'll take time.
