Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This run went on longer than intended and was bit of a painful slog all the way through; a certain teammate was concerned that I had spent this much time running, but the pace was slow enough that the mileage didn't get out of control--I think. My calves were extremely sore. The GPS on my watch still doesn't work, even after plugging it into the computer. Upon returning, I did 400 crunches.
