Ran solo from the house. It was rainy, but kinda warm so besides being wet it made for pretty enjoyable running weather. Started out slow because I was pretty tired and burned out from grading in the morning. Definetely worked into and and started rolling. Had my thoughts to myself so I thought about running and racing at Case. Having UAAs wrap up really hit home that I am done racing for Case, and most of us seniors are. I guess I have been thinking about that a lot lately. On the way back I started to feel pretty good, and I got that feeling of wanting to go fast. It has been a while, and I honestly didnt feel it that much in indoor this season since I was preparing for outdoors. I kicked it in from Coventry pretty hard from my standards, and it felt amazing. I really needed to go out and just run today, and I wanted to run forever.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Light stretch at home, legs felt great. Gonna roll later but I got pretty muddy and I dont want to track mud everywhere.
