Comments:
I was going to do a workout at American University, but after informing Anthony that my calves hurt he told me it would be alright to go steady. I had also hydrated poorly that day and had to do ANOTHER 100 pushups in PE as well as some serious soccer. All factors leading to my decision not to do the 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, which I hope to do either tomorrow or Thursday. This is quite concerning.
