Weather: some wind but not bad

Comments:
1.5warm-up, and 2M cool-down
2x(1M@Tpace (78) w/1 min rest + 2x400m@Rpace (66-67) w/ 400m jog + 4x200m@Fpace (30-31) w/ 400m jog.
Did 1 set with only 200m jogs after the Fpace. went (5:10,67,66,30,31,31,31). On 2nd set I left off the Fpace since I was totally spent. Went (5:11,66,66).
